At Altered Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and replacements.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with a product, we’re here to help.

Please do not discard the item until we’ve had a chance to assess the issue.

Take a clear photo of the damage or fault and send it to us via email Info@nueramuscle.com or our contact form.

We’ll arrange a replacement or swap and guide you through the return process if required.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No worries — we accept returns on unopened products.
To be eligible:

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

Return the product unopened and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund and notify you via email.
Please note:

We allow one change-of-mind return per customer per month.

We cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective (see above).
