Shipping Costs
We offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Delivery Timeframes
Average delivery time is 3 business days, with a maximum of 10 business days depending on your location. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on a business day are typically dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the following business day.
Please note: Dispatch excludes weekends, public holidays, and any Australia Post holidays.
Is It Sent via Express?
We use the most reliable service available. Based on our experience, express and standard shipping often arrive at the same time in many areas across Australia. So don’t stress — we’ll make sure it gets to you fast and safe.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship from Brisbane, and dispatch packages Monday to Friday, every afternoon.
Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro areas like Sydney and Melbourne usually receive their parcels faster.

Perth and regional areas may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
Yes, you can track it!

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to appear on the site.
Haven’t Received Your Package?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If there’s an issue, get in touch with us through any of our contact methods — we’ll help sort it out quickly.
Signature on Delivery
You can choose at checkout whether your order requires a signature.

If you select “No signature required”, please note we can’t be held responsible if your parcel goes missing.

Also, some couriers may still request a signature regardless of your preference, especially in certain areas.
Missing Order Confirmation Email?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email:

Check your junk/spam folder.

Make sure you’re checking the correct email account.

Still nothing? Contact us and we’ll resend it.
Incorrect or Missing Items in Your Order
If you received the wrong product or something is missing — our bad, and we’re sorry!

Please don’t open or throw away any incorrect items.

Contact us right away so we can investigate and get the correct items to you ASAP.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged:

Please don’t dispose of the product.

Take a photo of the damage and email it to us.

We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange, and organise a return for the damaged goods.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No worries — as long as the product is unopened, we’re happy to accept a return.
Here’s how it works:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return.

Return the item to us within 30 days of your order date (return postage is at your expense).

We’ll issue a refund once the item is received, and notify you via email.
Note:

One change-of-mind return is allowed per customer per month.

We can’t refund opened products, unless there is a quality or damage issue (see above).
